On a daily basis, you’ll be dealing directly with Darren and Angelina, a husband-and-wife team dedicated to helping clients find their perfect home or investment property on the Costa del Sol.
With more than 10 years of experience in property sales and purchases in the region, we bring not only professional expertise but also a personal touch. We live locally, speak English, Spanish, and Russian, and have in-depth knowledge of the area — its neighbourhoods, amenities, and the unique advantages of choosing the Costa for your home in Spain... We take pride in collaborating with leading local and international real estate agencies. Many of these agencies upload their listings to our website and we can arrange viewings on any of these. We also have access to a wide variety of 'pocket listings' which are not marketed publicly. This enables us to advise our clients on nearly every property currently available for sale on the Costa del Sol... and reduces the number of agents our buyers have to co-ordinate with (or provide their contact details too). We personally attend every viewing, guide our buyers through local amenities and attractions, and facilitate introductions to trusted professionals such as solicitors, tradespeople, interior designers, and schools. As well as advertising on social media and all the major national and international property portals, we allow selected agencies to showcase our listings on their websites. This ensures that our vendors’ properties receive maximum exposure to both the local and global markets. What We Offer
DISCRETION
We are exceptionally conscious that we are in charge of finding your safe haven. We never discuss our buyers outside the office and choose to avoid social media for the same reason.
COLLABORATION
We collaborate with all the major agencies in the area. We can arrange viewings on any of their listings so you only have to deal with one agent. If it is not on this website already, just provide us the link and we will approach the agent on your behalf.

REMOTE VIEWINGS
If your time is tight, we can arrange live viewings by video on any properties that are potentially of interest to you. We will follow your direction, focussing on what is important to you; whether that be the proximity to neighbours, the size of certain rooms, or even what the water pressure is like. This will allow you to narrow down your shortlist and maximise your time when in Spain by only physically viewing the properties that are of most interest.
