On a day-to-day basis you will be dealing with Darren and Angelina, a husband and wife team. We work as ‘personal shoppers’ for those looking to buy a home or investment property on the Costa del Sol.
We have over 10 years’ experience of buying and selling property on the Costa del Sol. In that time, we have built collaborations with all the main agents in the region. These real estate agencies list their properties on this website and we generally have over 10,000 properties available for sale at any one time.
We also work with all the major developers and architects on the Costa so, whether you are looking for a pre-loved home, a new development or an off-plan project, we have the experience and knowledge to find you what you have your heart set on.
For the past 5 years we have also worked with ‘A Place in the Sun’ and are one of their preferred partners to source properties when they are filming in the area. If you watch the end credits of episodes filmed in coastal Malaga, you will regularly see our name there!
How We Work
We understand that buying a property in another country can be daunting so we work at a speed that you are comfortable with and answer every question you have at each stage of search and purchase. That is our promise.
Firstly, we will ask about what you are looking to buy, how you intend to use the property, and answer any questions you may have on areas or the purchase process here in Spain.
After gaining a clear understanding of your requirements and how you will use your new property, we will provide you with a list of properties which meet the criteria on your wish-list. We will answer any questions you have on these properties and then arrange viewing on all those which remain of potential interest.
We will schedule an itinerary to view these properties in an order that maximizes your time and reduces the number of agents you have to coordinate with. We accompany all visits and between viewings we can allow time to show you where the local shops, schools and restaurants are.
We receive a finder’s fee from the listing agent when a property is purchased; we do not charge any fees to you as the buyer.
A Personal Service
We will provide you with a personal service before, during and after your property purchase; ensuring you are comfortable at every stage.
Not only will we help you find your dream home, we can recommend solicitors and mortgage advisers that we have worked with for years. These are professionals that we confident have both the knowledge and expertise to guide you through the purchase. The solicitors we recommend all assist with obtaining NIE numbers and opening a bank account if required.
Once you take ownership of your property, we can assist with getting the utilities and internet connected. Likewise, we can recommend an independent home insurance brokerage.
If required, we can also recommend furniture pack providers or an interior designer. If you decide to buy a property to refurbish, we can recommend reputable builders or kitchen installers. Indeed, many of our buyers still ask us for recommendations or advice several years after they complete their purchase and we are always happy to help and catch up.
