Usually, the buyer deals with one agent, who will source properties from multiple agencies based on their preferences. This means Spanish speaking buyers can work with a Spanish speaking agent, English speaking buyers can work with an English speaking agent, etc.. and everyone has access to every property available for sale.

Likewise, the vendors generally work with one agent too who makes all the other agencies aware that the property is for sale, books in the viewings, and shows the property on behalf of the vendor.

We take pride in collaborating with the leading local and international real estate agencies. Many of these agencies upload their listings to our website and we can arrange viewings on any of these. We also have access to a wide variety of ‘pocket listings’ which are not marketed publically.

This enables us to advise our clients on nearly every property currently available for sale on the Costa… and reduces the number of agents our buyers have to co-ordinate with (or provide their contact details too). We personally attend every viewing, guide them through local amenities and attractions, and facilitate introductions to trusted professionals such as solicitors, tradespeople, interior designers, and schools.

We also work with all the other agencies for our vendors… as well as listing their property on all the major national and international property portals.
